We recruit across a wide range of automotive positions, from the workshop through to customer service, parts, management and office support.
This includes vehicle technicians, service advisors, parts advisors, warranty roles, workshop controllers, service managers, parts managers, valeters, drivers and administrative positions. Industry Experience
Greenside Recruitment was built from first-hand experience of the automotive industry. With around 15 years of experience within the sector, we understand the roles we recruit for, the pressures businesses face and what candidates are looking for when considering their next move. That knowledge helps us have better conversations and make more relevant introductions.
How We Work
We start by understanding the vacancy, the business and what would make someone a good fit. We then speak with suitable candidates, discuss the opportunity properly and only make introductions where there is genuine interest. From the first conversation through to interview, offer and start date, we keep both sides informed throughout.
Why We Started
We started Greenside Recruitment because we believed there was room for a more straightforward and personal approach to recruitment. Too often, the process can feel rushed, impersonal or focused purely on filling a vacancy rather than finding the right fit. We wanted to create a recruitment business built around proper conversations, honest communication and long-term relationships. Our aim is simple: to make automotive recruitment more personal, transparent and easier for everyone involved.
