These Candidate Terms & Conditions apply when you register with Greenside Recruitment Ltd (“Greenside Recruitment”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and use our recruitment services.

By registering with Greenside Recruitment, submitting your CV or asking us to assist with your job search, you agree to these terms.

Greenside Recruitment provides recruitment services to candidates seeking employment and businesses looking to recruit.

We will use the information you provide to understand your experience, skills and the type of opportunities you are looking for.

Registration with Greenside Recruitment does not guarantee that we will be able to find you employment, secure an interview or obtain an offer of employment on your behalf.

You agree that the information you provide to Greenside Recruitment, including information contained within your CV, is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Please let us know if there are any significant changes to your circumstances, contact details, availability or employment status that may affect your job search.

We may contact you when we identify a vacancy or employment opportunity that we believe could be suitable for you.

You are under no obligation to pursue an opportunity we discuss with you.

We will not knowingly submit your CV or identifiable candidate details to an employer for a specific vacancy without first discussing the opportunity with you and obtaining your agreement to be represented for that opportunity.

Where you agree to be represented for a vacancy, you authorise Greenside Recruitment to provide relevant information about you to that prospective employer for the purpose of considering you for the position.

This may include your CV and relevant information you have provided during your registration or conversations with us.

If an employer introduced to you by Greenside Recruitment subsequently contacts you directly regarding employment, we ask that you let us know.

If Greenside Recruitment arranges an interview on your behalf, you agree to make reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed date and time.

If you cannot attend or wish to withdraw from the recruitment process, please let us know as soon as reasonably possible so that we can inform the employer.

Any employment offer or employment contract is between you and the employer.

Before accepting an offer, you should make sure you are satisfied with the salary, working hours, location, benefits, duties, notice requirements and any other employment conditions.

Greenside Recruitment is not your employer unless we expressly tell you otherwise in writing.

Greenside Recruitment does not charge candidates a fee for finding or seeking permanent employment on their behalf.

Our recruitment fees are normally paid by the businesses that use our recruitment services.

Depending on the position, an employer may require references, evidence of qualifications, driving licence information, right-to-work checks or other appropriate pre-employment checks.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documentation where these are required.

We process candidate personal information for recruitment purposes in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Notice.

Our Candidate Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be used and shared, how long it may be retained and your rights in relation to your personal information.

You may contact Greenside Recruitment at any time if you no longer wish us to assist with your job search.

Requests concerning your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Candidate Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law.

We may update these Candidate Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
